Tore van Dreumel, photographer and blogger, taking an selportrait in a hallway with reflective walls and ceiling, with multiple small screens or light panels along the walls.

Hi, I’m Tore.

In the world that encourages consumption,
I want to inspire others to create.

I’m a photographer based in The Netherlands.

Minimalist, nature enthusiast, powered by plants. Homebody who travels often. Coffee lover who enjoys taking naps.
There aren’t many things in the world that I love more than a good pasta, making pictures and writing about it.

I have this little thing for capturing mundane scenes and odd objects that bring the feeling of nostalgia back.

In 2023 I founded The North Sea, my love letter to the most beautiful of all seas. What started as an Instagram profile slowly turns into a body of work documenting life on the Dutch coast.

My photography style evolves constantly, having come a long way from a period of highly saturated images with a high “perfection” factor, into a minimalist era.

Recently I am exploring all possible tools to help me tell my stories and find a balance between evoking emotions and achieving eye-pleasing visual harmony.

When I’m not taking pictures, I write a blog about photography and creativity in a broad sense.
